By the end of 2011, BofA will hire 1,000 small-business bankers across the country. The bank expects to hire mostly from external sources, and the bankers will be responsible for courting small-business clientele with revenues spanning $250,000 to $3 million. They'll also help small businesses with lending and cash-management services.
