Tishman Speyer Properties LP is a real estate company that invests in, manages or develops commercial real estate globally. The New York-based company owns or has developed more than 115 million square feet in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America.
Tishman manages New York City’s Rockefeller Center and Chrysler Building. In 2008, a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund purchased a 90% stake in the Chrysler Building. Tishman Speyer continues to manage the building and retains a minority stake in it.
