Conseco focuses on the senior and middle-income markets. Products are distributed through career agents, independent agents and direct marketing. Its three primary business segments are Bankers Life and Casualty, Colonial Penn Life and Conseco Insurance Group. The company is based in Carmel, Ind., and operates throughout the U.S.
Conseco sponsors the Conseco Fieldhouse, home to the professional basketball's Indiana Pacers and the Indiana Fever of the Women's National Basketball Association.
