RSM McGladrey, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of H&R Block, is an accounting, tax and business consulting firm serving middle-market companies. The firm offers business and tax consulting, wealth management, retirement resources, investment banking, and international business services. It has been working in conjuction with McGladrey & Pullen LLP, a CPA firm owned by its individual partners, which offers audit and attest services. Recently M&P moved to unwind the relationship, and H&R Block filed suit to stop it. Together, the two firms are the fifth-largest provider of accounting, tax and business consulting services in the U.S., with 8,000 employees in nearly 100 U.S. offices. RSM is also a member of RSM International, a worldwide network of professional services firms providing tax, audit, consulting, and specialist advisory services.

Charles Elliot "C.E." Andrews, a longtime Arthur Andersen audit executive and former president of student loan lender Sallie Mae, was recently named president of the firm.
