Overview
RSM McGladrey, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of H&R Block, is an accounting, tax and business consulting firm serving middle-market companies. The firm offers business and tax consulting, wealth management, retirement resources, investment banking, and international business services. It has been working in conjuction with McGladrey & Pullen LLP, a CPA firm owned by its individual partners, which offers audit and attest services. In 2009, M&P moved to unwind the relationship, and H&R Block filed suit to stop it. Together, the two firms are the fifth-largest provider of accounting, tax and business consulting services in the U.S., with 6,500 employees in more than 70 U.S. offices. RSM is also a member of RSM International, a worldwide network of professional services firms providing tax, audit, consulting, and specialist advisory services.

It sponsors The PGA McGladrey Team Championship, a grassroots best-ball amateur event. The McGladrey Team includes Chris DiMarco, Zach Johnson and Davis Love III and LPGA star Natalie Gulbis.
