careers portal. The recruitment process can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on the position. Typically, the firm schedules an initial phone interview with one of its internal recruiters. If called in for an interview, candidates may spend time with the hiring manager, associates on the team, and others throughout the organization. These interviews may be conducted in person, on the phone or, in some cases, via videoconferencing.
