Eide Bailly LLP is a regional accounting and business-advisory firm based in Fargo, N.D. Its services include audit and review, tax planning and preparation, specialty tax services, forensic accounting, financial services, exit planning strategy and wealth management. The firm ranked No. 24 in Public Accounting Report's 2008 list of the U.S. largest accounting firms. It is a member of HLB International, a network of accounting and business-advisory firms.
The firm doubled in size in the past five years and recently merged with three firms in Colorado and Oklahoma, bringing its scope to more than 20 offices in nine states. It organized the Practicewise Network, a group for small to midsize U.S. CPA firms that offers its services in finance, sales and marketing, management and operations at a discount to members.
