Job description and responsibilities:
The firm provides a wide range of services to help organisations solve business issues, identify and maximise opportunities. Our industry specialisation enables us to identify trends and customise solutions for each sector of interest. Each line of service is staffed with highly qualified, experienced professionals and leaders in our profession. These resources, combined with our global network, allow us to provide the support needed wherever we may be located. Japanese Business Development team is specialising in providing excellent service to our Japanese clients.

To work as part of a team of professional business advisors and accountants to meet the needs of our clients:

To review clients' accounts and report to shareholders on the financial status of the company;
To appraise the effectiveness of clients' financial systems; and
To consult with clients to solve other complex business problems.

Reporting structure and key relationships:
Reporting to: Japan Business Development manager

Requirements:
We are looking for graduates from any discipline who can demonstrate:

Commercial orientation;
Communication / interpersonal skills;
Knowledge and innovation;
Influencing skills / leadership potential;
Problem solving potential and decision making skills;
Organisation skills;
Energy and drive;
High sense of integrity;
A strong command of English;
A knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage; and
Teamwork and hardworking.
