About Advisory
You will provide advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and public sector clients. You guide them through major transactions, operational changes and strategic decisions - helping with anything from a merger or a fraud investigation to providing ideas that enhance business performance.

Job description and responsibilities:
Our Valuation & Advisory offers a full range of valuation services, including business and shares valuation, tangible and intangible asset valuations, investment property valuation, valuation of financial instruments, employee share options and financial modelling. We assist local and multinational clients in their decision making and advise them on valuations for mergers & acquisitions, tax, accounting and litigation purposes.

We are recruiting associates for the Valuation team who will assist in financial analyses, research and providing valuation and other transaction related services to our clients.

Reporting structure and key relationships:
Reporting to: Valuation & Advisory senior associate, assistant manager and manager

Requirements:
We are looking for graduates who can demonstrate:

Strong analytical skills with Financial / Management or Finance / Valuation background;
Commercial orientation;
Communication / interpersonal skills;
Knowledge and innovation;
Influencing skills / leadership potential;
Problem solving potential and decision making skills;
Organisation skills;
Energy and drive;
A strong command of both Chinese and English; and
Teamwork.
