The ideal candidate is someone who is intelligent, well educated, professional, polished, and articulate, with good interpersonal skills and knowledge of day trading and trading software. ??

Position Purpose/ ?? Responsibilities :

- Partner with CEO to understand business goals.?

- Manage the sales process, from sourcing leads to negotiating final deals.??

- Work with ?management to identify process improvements and make recommendations for change.??

- Build relationships with outside lead sources.?

- A good knowledge of trading and trading systems.??

- A basic understanding of the company's organizational structure.??

-Series 7 a Must

-Experience in an Equity Proprietary Trading firm strongly preferred.
