Responsibilities
Chief advisor on all matters of importance for Portfolio Management Division Head
Manage all aspects of strategic initiatives for the group.
Chair various cross-functional project teams and lead effort to successful implementation of project (including special projects: automate review report, metrics, cycle time) .
Provide support, guidance and ideas to various initiatives to continue build-out of fast growing division and ensure goals are being met.
Handle sensitive areas of group operations, maintain discretion and inculcate necessary support functions to overall objectives of the business unit.
Work with other CAO's across commercial as required
Business partner liaison (Credit, Risk, Strategy, Finance, HR and CAO Business Support)
Work with HR regarding employee and recruitment needs
Own Deal Screen and Talent Watch process
Manage internal incentive programs and colleague engagement
Drive sales performance metrics and reporting.
Ensure highest levels of compliance are maintained with audit functions.
Coordinate execution of new product approval process necessary to maintain capability growth objectives, including working with Compliance, Legal, Audit, Finance, Risk, Operations and line management.
Prepare in consultation with Group Head all strategic presentations and collateral materials.
Organize offsite meetings
Ensure compliance with regulatory (including FACT and ORA) and compliance training / other training (AFS) and PTA certifications
Manage Distribution Lists, Org Charts and weekly highlights
Qualifications
BA or BS with Masters Degree a plus
7 Years of Commercial, Capital Markets or comparable banking experience
Effective project management skills
Strong MS Office experience including: Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Proven writing skills
Energetic and detailed oriented
Experience with quantitative analysis (i.e. portfolio analytics)
