The Financial Services operating group serves all major industry segments in banking, insurance and capital markets. Accenture's North American Payments practice is responsible for driving Accenture's go-to-market strategies and offerings for our US and Canadian clients, bringing our best offerings and leveraging our global payments practices and experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Payments Manager May Include:
• Broad and deep knowledge of North American payment or very deep, specific skills and industry relationship in one of the following domains:
o Card: Private label, Credit, Online Debit, Offline Debit, Prepaid, ATM, Acquirer/Issuer
o Retail: P2P, Bill Payment, Mobile Payments, Electronic Bill Presentment, Micro Payments
o Electronic: ACH, Domestic Wire, International Wire, Fedwire/CHIPS, SWIFT
• Help develop and deliver business solutions related to the various payment services offered by banks including electronic, card, cash and check/cheque payment
• Consult and partner with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position in payments
• Ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and delivery high impact change initiatives
• Skilled in systems integration methodologies and experience in delivery of payment business solutions
• Travel 100%

Basic Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in one or more specific payment areas in any of the following payment domains:
o Card: Private label, Credit, Online Debit, Offline Debit, Prepaid, ATM, Acquirer/Issuer, e-Gift, loyalty.
 Product management/enhancement, workflow development and business process reengineering.
 Project management with acquirers, networks, financial intuitions doing online, offline, web and mobile payment
o Alternative Payments (Retail): P2P, Bill Payment, Mobile Payments, Mobile Banking, Electronic Bill Presentment, Micro Payments
 Extensive knowledge of payment solutions and products, related to emerging bill payment methods (e.g. credit, debit, POS, prepay mobile, mobile payments, ATM in OLTP)
 Knowledgeable on International payment environment
 Functional knowledge of Micropayment and mobile payments.
o Electronic: ACH, ATM, Domestic Wire, International Wire, Fedwire/CHIPS, SWIFT
 Functional knowledge of ACH, Wires (Domestic & International)
 Understanding of emerging business models to facilitate payments over new channels.
• Bachelors Degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or Computer Science/MIS)

Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of end to end payments lifecycle
• Business Architecture - Applied in solution planning, and requirements definition and analysis
• Requirements Analysis
• Functional Design
