Job Description

I am urgently looking to recruit a Senior C++ Engineer for my client; a leading financial markets vendor/ consultancy based in Sydney.

You will be based out of their newly refurbished offices in the CBD, you will get the chance to use cutting edge technologies and work with some of the most intelligent professionals in the market!

Working throughout the full software development lifecycle, in a consultative technology role, you will be required to design, develop and deliver multiple solutions around middle/ back office systems (risk, regulatory reform, settlements/ clearing).

This is an incredibility varied role and will involve working with multiple teams and therefore impeccable communication skills are essential.

To be successful in this role your experience must include:

Experience in Financial Markets (Equities/ Options/ Fixed Income, FX)
Knowledge of risk systems
C++
STL/ Boost
Linux
TCP/IP sockets & UDP

Further to this any experience of regulatory reform (Dodd-Frank, Basel III) would be advantageous.
