Comprehensive knowledge of project management, continuous improvement and lean methodologies and application. In-depth knowledge of business processes. Certified Black Belt Lean/Six Sigma completes the profile.

Job description:

The professional must lead the organization to operational efficiency by driving the strategic identification, planning and execution of business transformation projects. Some of the responsibilities include;

Manage workflow redesign, process defect elimination, competitive benchmarking, performance metrics development, data collection to improve the economics and quality of operations;

Translate business vision and strategy;

Oversee program and project engagement;

Manage all aspects of operational efficiency initiatives to execute and sustain key initiatives which seek to simplify workflow, eliminate redundancy and achieve efficiency.
