The Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) Division caters to our retail banking customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Vice President, Telesales, Third Party Sales and internal business partners to effectively drive sales activities within the overall sales process. You will also ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies as a way to improve the customer-selling experience.
Drive acquisition of cards and Unsecured Loans acquired through mobile sales forces.
Plan, source, negotiate and secure the required number of road shows to attract customers that meet the bank's target profiling and AOP.
Manage mobile sales forces, ensuring that sales techniques, processes and training are constantly reviewed to ensure sales force uphold the bank's professional values and brand image.
Ensure global and local compliance standards, MAS guidelines and business risk guidelines are complied with at all times.
Possess strong leadership and motivational skills for sales teams.

Qualifications / Skills / Attributes

A degree holder with at least 5-10 years of practical banking experience and project management experience
Sound working knowledge of information technology, application integration, networks, security and operating systems are preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate autonomously within loosely defined boundaries and minimal supervision.
A self-starter and confident individual who is able to work closely and successfully with various stakeholders
