Department Overview New updates to the Title

Accounts Payable is a centralized group within the CFO Finance organization that is responsible for paying vendors for goods and services and employees for expense reimbursements. The group consists of 12 management and 20 clerical employees. PG&E Accounts Payable department has been recognized by independent auditors as a best in class operation with high levels of automation, low costs and extremely low error rates.123

Position Summary

This position is primary responsible for the administration of the credit card program company-wide, including the purchase of gift cards, track and report distribution for tax purpose. It's also responsible for developing process procedures related to the credit card program. Furthermore, it's expected to provide support to the Concur helpline, Concur administration, and expense report auditing when needed.

Responsibilities

- Work with credit card provider(s) on corporate credit card and purchasing card.

- Work with vendor(s) to purchase gift cards.

- Process credit card/gift card requests.

- Reconcile outstanding credit card/gift card statements.

- Supply information to payroll department for tax calculation on gift cards.

- Make payments to the credit card/gift card provider(s).

- Develop process procedures.

- Monitor and revise process as needed.

- Provide Concur helpline support.

- Provide assistance to the Concur Administrator.\\

- Audit expense reports.

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of two years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Credit Card Administration [preferably Accounts Payable]123
