Job Description

The Financial Services Advisory practice is a large, growing team that provides business advice and related assistance to major financial institutions around the world. We are helping nearly every leading bank, insurance company, investment manager; investment bank, broker dealer and hedge fund translate strategy into action and address the challenges of cost-effectively leading and providing day-to-day oversight of finance, tax, human resources, operations, technology, regulatory risk and compliance.
Position/Program Requirements
Associates in the Financial Service Delivery Center will play an integral role by supporting projects and PwC engagement teams across the US in delivering distinctive service to our clients through standardization and optimization, increased flexibility, enhanced quality and reduced delivery costs.
The selected individuals for the role must be able to demonstrate some knowledge and skills, and/or a proven record of success, within the following areas:
-Demonstrates an interest in all aspects of the professional services and/or financial services industry, as well as a desire to pursue a career in PwC Advisory services.

-Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member; building solid relationships; communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
-Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success conducting research and analyzing technical matters, while utilizing problem-solving skills both individually and as a team. This includes the analysis of large and complex data sets, demonstrating an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and using the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to execute related deliverables.

-Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success utilizing effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with team members and/or clients in a professional setting.
