Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review experience of IMI's portfolio and recommend follow up action.
Product design and development.
Respond to requests for proposals and quotations from clients and intermediaries.
Lead a team of Executives.
Work with external parties like external Actuarial Consultants and Reinsurers to ensure proper risk management and review of the company's performance.

Requirements:
Being part of the management team, the Actuarial Manager will be a key member of the team that drives the growth of the company, and raise the profile of IMI as a specialist health insurer.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience, especially in areas of Life and Health Insurance, and should be a Fellow or Associate of the Society of Actuaries or equivalent.
