Job Description:

The setup of DB Capital and Risk Solutions group is one of the most important and highly visible initiatives in 2012-2013. The unit's mandate is to reduce the inventory of non-core positions across CB&S to relieve capital consumed by those assets. The importance of capital relieve is the upmost priority for the firm's top management. The successful candidates will be involved in work and communication with the firm's top senior management. This is a highly visible role with tremendous growth potential.

Desk-wide junior trader support role

Assist head traders with position booking / PL calculation and flash reporting

Assist head structurers in deal unwinds / executing new structuring strategies

Communicate with Finance / GBS on daily basis regarding position details

Consolidated eod activity report to the desk heads / finance

Ad Hoc reporting / analysis to the desk head / COO

Requirements:

Strong academic background

Outstanding verbal and communication skills

Ability, attitude and temperament to deliver in a high pressure environment is an absolute must

Strong numerical and analytical skills; excellent communication skills

Individual with a commitment and motivation for self development and growth

Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment

Superior analytical aptitude, problem solving abilities

Ability to think "out of the box"

Have a fierce desire to learn

Self-starter
