Job Description


Focus Capital Markets' modeling team is looking for 5 Financial Engineers with Masters and PhD's and 0-3 years of experience to develop RMBS prepayment/default models. We need team players that can work in a trading environment where no task is too big or too small. Must have programming expertise preferably in C++/Matlab/SAS/Excel/VBA.

Arguably Focus Capital Markets is the longest running entity involved in Fixed Income modeling. We started hiring out of work Physicists in 1974 and our hedgefund partners have been nominated for hedge fund of the year in three different categories .
