Job Description

  • Focus on long term incentive programs to retain talent, manage vesting schedule.
  • Administration of all equity based compensation plans.
  • Advise employees on Executive Compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with the global compensation team; reporting to the Sr Director of Global Compensation.
  • Prepare and communicate amendments to performance based restricted stock unit goals and confirm quarterly achievement assessment of goals.
  • Maintain equity compensation calendar of activities for review and approvals including compensation program analysis and executive summaries.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years experience in an equity compensation/ compensation analyst position. Must be analytical and work well in a team environment. Must have good communication skills.
