Job Description


This role will be involved in a variety of projects spanning across back, middle, and front office within traditional asset managers in Boston. The opportunity to launch products, implement systems, and improve processes will be afforded to those join the group.

This team has been experiencing consistent grow over the last six months and is interesting adding top performers to their team.

Responsibilities will include:

* Evaluating grow opportunities for clients
* Determining how changes will affect a variety of workflows
* Working as part of a team to improve client processes

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong educational background in finance or accounting from top school
* Over three years of experience within financial services, particularly an asset manager, with a focus in operations, product development, accounting, or trading
* Desire to work in a team and contribute individually
* Understanding of a variety of functions within an asset manager
