Job Description


Our client is looking to build out their three person operations team in a growing office. This role will report into the vice president and requires ability to take initiative, review the work of teammates, and handle challenging calculations.

Responsibilities will include:

* Calculating performance for the team, which requires dealing with complex data
* Handling trading operations internally
* Settling trades with custodians
* Managing SEC reporting process
* Helping with product development responsibility
* Working on company initiatives, including projects and process reengineering

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience
* Strong trading operations background in investment management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Office and strong Excel proficiency
