Job Description


Our client is a global investment bank with over $100bn of commercial loan commitments in the United States, Canada and Latin America. They are seeking to add a Loan Administrator with deep expertise in the LoanIQ system to manage a portfolio of 80-100 loans totalling several billion dollars in credit facilities.

Working primarily with synidcated loans, the Loan Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the closing of loans and establishment of new accounts in the LoanIQ system, working with clients to make and receive payments, draw down credit lines and pay off term loans, answering questions regarding loan payments, performance and risk for clients and senior management and more.

The proper candidate for this role will have:
  • 3-5 years of loan administration experience
  • Understanding of syndicated loans
  • Experience using the LoanIQ system
  • Associates degree or progress towards a Bachelor's degree, at a minimum
