Job Description

The successful candidate will join a highly valued, senior team of ambitious managers. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the bank and will be well positioned to build a complete understanding of the front-to-back operations of a global investment bank.

You will work on high profile and strategically important projects and will be in a position to develop a broad network of contacts across the bank. Many staff move on from their time in this function to take on influential roles, typically as COO's in the Front Office

This is a newly created role which has arisen due to the increased demand of services of the group. You will be expected to run a Portfolio of Change initiatives, facing off to CXO's and Front Office desk heads across the investment bank, managing a small direct team of VP's and a larger community within relevant CTB groups

We are seeking applications from high calibre applicants, looking for an excellent entry point into a top-tier Investment Bank with:

Significant project management experience with a leading consulting firm within Capital Markets or in an international investment bank
Track record in delivering major projects and programs in an investment bank
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Strong knowledge of investment banking business processes, from front to back office
Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams
Ease in dealing with senior management
