Job Description


Primary responsibilities and practice areas include:

* Regulatory and compliance, including securities and loan trading.

* Contract drafting, negotiation, and review, including confidentiality agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and miscellaneous contracts.

* Maintain and update corporate policies and procedures and corporate governance documents.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the following:

* A JD and active license to practice law.

* 3-6 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on finance, M&A, and/or securities.

* Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with others in addressing complex issues.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Counsel and judgment that are actively sought.

* Business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of staff and executives.
