ICPAS PE Overview
ICPAS PE will provide professional accounting education for graduates who returned from overseas. These graduates may or may not major in accounting but wish to become ICPAS Associate Members in due course. After gaining relevant accountancy experience and passing the Pre-Admission Course, an ICPAS Associate may apply to become a CPA Singapore, which is mandatory to qualify as a public accountant.

Entry Criteria
Applicants for the ICPAS PE must hold at least a Bachelor Degree from a recognised university.
