The reputable clients I am currently representing are looking to bring in experienced profitable algorithmic traders.

Currently in highest demand are short term high frequency strategies, with anything from ultra-high frequency up to a month holding period. Highly liquid asset classes such as fx, equities, indices, commodities and stat arb trading are also in the most demand.

All traders must have a consistently profitable track record, ideally daily results for strategies that have been live for at least 9 months with low drawdown and an average sharp ratio of 1.5.

The strategy needs to be systematic in nature; the execution can have some discretion but ideally the rest of the process would be automated.

REQUIREMENTS:

A HISTORY OF THE STRATEGY PRODUCING PNL

THE STRATEGY BEING SYSTEMATIC IN NATURE - A DISCRETIONARY EXECUTION IS ALSO OK.

TRADING HIGHLY LIQUID MARKETS.

A BACKGROUND OF TRADING AUM OVER $20MM
