Job Description

Responsibilities include:
• Overall responsibility for Equity and Fixed Income client relationship functions within Operations including all client events as well as cashflow collection and processing, reporting, proxy voting and performance.
• Responsible for performance tasks including calculation, maintenance and accuracy of all account and composite performance.
• Responsible for adhering to GIPS and overseeing the GIPS verification. Supervise the processing of all benchmark / index data and facilitate the quarterly performance council meeting.
• Ensure the accuracy of Factset data uploads and reporting.
• Implement sound policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing and delivery, and to minimize risks across all functions.
• Efficiently ensure the development and monitoring of the necessary processes and procedures to make certain that the highest standards of quality control.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all proxy votes and reporting in accordance with firm policies. Oversee appropriate metrics and quarterly proxy committee meeting.
• Set business goals and objectives in accordance with firm's goals.
• Serve as back up to various groups, as necessary
• Supervise and mentor staff, including responsibility for continued professional development and training.
• Conduct hiring, promotions, terminations and other status changes of staffing.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of Financial Services Operations experience in a managerial role.
• Previous experience with account on-boarding and transition processing
• Knowledge of Client Reporting
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
• Experience with both Equity and Fixed Income Accounts
• Ability to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing priorities, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
