Job Description


Essential Function
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management program, aligned with the in-house ERM charter and framework. -
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures and ERM guidelines. Review key performance indicators and assist management in the early identification of risk trends.
  • Manage risk applications and technology to track enterprise risks. Monitor internal and external forces that affect the company's risk.
  • Conduct ERM analysis on various issues and trends focused on improving shareholder value with the output being detailed reports to be shared with senior leaders.

Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in Fortune 500 environment, preferably with at least 2 years in risk management or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Management and internal control standards required (e.g., COSO ERM framework).
  • Proficiency with statistical modeling tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Micro-Strat).
