Responsibilities

• Process asset transfers by means of ACATS and non-ACATS including the verification of accounts to transfer, review of customer documents and the processing of the transfer on the ADP system.

• Contact broker or assistant to resolve any issues associated with transfer
• Contact contra-firm to resolve any discrepancies with the transfer.
• Research any transfer related questions or complaints.
• Assist management in the updating of ACATS process.• Participate in other projects as requested by management

Qualifications

• High school education

• 3+ years of experience with ACATS transfer process

• Knowledge of FINRA ACATS transfer rules and procedures

• Basic keyboarding skills.

• Interpersonal skills for working with brokers and assistants as well as personnel at contra-firms.

• Discipline to adhere to strict time schedule for processing transfers.
