Front Office Campus Recruiter
We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to support a business within Morgan Stanley's front office. This individual will be responsible for undergraduate and graduate on-campus recruitment as well as planning and execution for Analyst & Associate summer programs.

Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and partner with recruiting leaders and school team members to understand functional needs of the businesses and devise and execute recruiting strategy
• Educate and engage school team members: prepare and review logistics for on-campus events, interviews, and Superdays
• Strengthen campus recruiting efforts by identifying and creating opportunities to increase participation from new business unit representatives and by educating them on campus recruiting initiatives
• Coordinate interview process, including resume collection and reconciliation, resume review process, and decision process
• Represent Morgan Stanley on campus with the highest professional standards
• Liaise with Career Services and Career Counselors to schedule recruiting events and to understand student trends and competitive landscape
• Maintain relationships with candidates: provide them with information on the firm, recruiting process, assessment process, internship program, and help them determine area of interest at the firm
• Lead Summer Internship program for selected business units; facilitate rotational programs, placement, events, evaluation process
• Coordinate full-time placement process for selected business units
• Manage key campus recruiting metrics and ad-hoc reporting, including school scorecard, school team member participation, acceptance/conversion
• Manage daily responsibilities and professional development for Recruiting Coordinator(s)
• Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% during recruiting season

Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree required
• 4-7 years of experience in financial services campus recruiting
• Strong interest in financial markets
