Job Description

As a member of the FIDS team, you will contribute technically to FIDS client engagements and internal projects. Your role will include actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships.

You will also identify and escalate potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young in relation to new and existing engagements. Similarly, you will anticipate and identify risks and inform senior members of the team about significant issues.

You will determine that delivered work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an integral member of the team, you will help to create positive teamwork and actively promote a strong learning culture.

Client responsibilities :
• Participate in FIDS engagements.
• Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
• Assist in preparing working papers, schedules and reports that will be delivered to our clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships with other service lines.
People responsibilities :
• Contribute to people initiatives, including training activities.
• Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills.
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
• Strong academic record including a degree (in a relevant discipline)
• 3 to 5 years of experience related to accounting, forensic accounting, investigation and / or litigation support preferred.
• Willingness to contribute to business development
• Simultaneously handling diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situation.
• Team player with an investigative mindset.
• Skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Travelling is required
