Job Description


Responsibilities include: (i) assisting senior management in developing acquisition strategy; (ii) conducting due diligence and analysis on prospective acquisitions; (iii) executing transactions; (iv) working on internal growth initiatives; and (v) participating in general corporate planning and preparing materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Candidate must have excellent financial modeling, presentation, oral and written communications skills. Prior exposure to the energy industry is a plus, but will consider candidates with strong M&A or Leveraged Finance experience. Must have a Bachelors Degree from a top-tier university. 1.5-3 years of investment banking or private equity experience.
