Job Description


The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct education sessions for employees in the South Eastern United States on a daily basis. The candidate selected will be responsible to develop a set schedule at the facilities within their assigned territory.

Activities include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop strategic relationships at Centers of Influence within their assigned territory. 

  • Work with Communication Director(s), Relationship Manager & Client Service Reps and/or client to deliver specific enrollment/education presentations which meet the individual needs of each employee group. This requires and in-depth understanding and ability perform effective meetings. 

  • Effectively conduct individualized presentations to varied groups of employees. 

  • Focus on programs and meeting annual goals

  • a weekly business plan will be adhered to including information on 
    • Increase participation 

    • Increase participant deferral rates 

  • Educate employees on asset allocation principles

  • Act as the "voice of the customer" by relaying important client opinions/concerns obtained during on-site visits to the appropriate Retirement Services area (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Client services, Transition Team). 

  • Meet all state license and internal prudential requirements for maintaining proper registrations. 

  • Knowledgeable concerning asset allocation and diversification concepts. 

  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts, and also maintains an understanding of the risks/reward trade off for all securities and a willingness to review and communicate the objectives of all mutual funds that participate in Prudential's plans.

An effective presenter to diverse groups with varied financial backgrounds. Fully versed in defined contribution plans and the advantages of each plan in regard to retirement savings.

  • Knowledgeable concerning asset allocation and diversification concepts.

  • Not only possesses a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts, but maintains an understanding of the risk/reward trade off for all securities and a willingness to review and communicate the objectives of all mutual funds that participate in Prudential's plans.

To be considered - candidates must live near a major south eastern metropolitan airport

Qualifications:

 

  • Series 6 & 63

  • Must abide by Prudential Retirements licensing requirements.

  • Minimum 3-5 years financial services experience (primarily in the retirement market)

  • Independent worker

  • State Life insurance license strongly preferred

  • Spanish speaking strongly preferred

  • Results oriented individual
