Job Description

Group Overview: The Carry Plans group administers various employee incentive programs and provides financial accounting and reporting associated with these programs.

Role: This role within the Credit Suisse AI Carry Plan group will be responsible for day to day financial accounting and reporting processes and provide assistance for special adhoc management / compensation projects. This role is designed for a resourceful, adaptable, self-directed individual with the ability to meet the most challenging goals due to outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the books and records of 9 Carry Plans partnerships.

- Preparing workpapers, financial statements, recording journal entries, reconciling cash.

- Preparation and tracking of drawdowns/cash distributions, memorandums, partners capital statements to carry plan participants.

- Preparation of firm reporting packages.

- Preparation of tax workpapers and tax schedules.

- Address partners and firm inquiries.

- Adhoc management reporting requests and projects.

- Interaction with various groups within Credit Suisse to obtain and present information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

- 2-3 years experience in private equity and partnership accounting.

- Detail oriented, self motivated individual able to work independently, efficiently and multi task.

- Must have strong Excel experience.

- Experience with Investran accounting system.
