Provide administrative support to the generalist function of human resources department, with specific focus on employee record management; VISA/Immigration administration, employee relations information requests, policy administration and benefits related processing.
- Assist in processing of non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees. Work with attorneys, manager, recruiters and candidates/employees on visa issues.
- Document and update department procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Draft letters for employee transfers, short term assignments and leaves of absence.
- Schedule exit interviews.
- Respond to unemployment claims and manage relationship with outside vendor.
- Track and coordinate global policy compliance administration including recertification.
- Coordinate termination processes and work with accounting, benefits and payroll to process terminations.
- Manage relationship with outplacement vendor.
- Work with Associate Generalist to coordinate administrative aspects of inter-company transfers.
- Coordinate department responses to Legal and Audit requests.
- Draft and track flexible work agreements.
- Coordinate regular I-9 Compliance and FICA status audits.
- Ensure employee records are scanned and filed in PeopleSoft
- Schedule department meetings and process invoices.

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Prior experience in HR field preferred.
- Prior experience with visa processing preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Management of highly confidential inform
