Role Overview:
- The Project Manager (Senior Associate) will work within the Global Compliance Project Management and Regulatory Filings Group based in New York. The individual will assist in the coordination of a variety of compliance projects globally with an emphasis on compliance related initiatives and regulatory reporting requirements. The role involves working on multiple projects while ensuring consistency, control and quality. The role requires interaction with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs colleagues and may include contact with other Shared Services functions including Legal, Credit Policy, Finance, Global Operations and IT.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, action items, specific deliverables, monitor accountabilities and due dates
- Prepare management presentations including project reporting on latest status, risks and issues
- Develop project management tools using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project applications
- Track global regulatory reporting requirements, assist with the coordination of regulatory filings
- Assist with the management of centralized data repository, maintain project documentation in SharePoint
- Support the Head of the Global Compliance Project Management and Regulatory Filings Group with a variety of Compliance related projects and regulatory reporting requirements
- Participate in ad-hoc compliance initiatives locally or globally as necessary

Qualifications:
- B.A. plus at least 3 years experience (preferably in financial services, legal, or compliance environment)
- MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint (Visio and Project a plus)
- Experience assisting with the coordination and management of multiple projects
- Project management skills, experience planning and executing management initiatives
- Organized, detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with changing priorities
