Fitch Solutions is seeking a Commercial Manager to execute the commercial strategy of our global credit research and market analytics product set. The Commercial Manager is the product champion or advocate for end users and customers - the voice of the customer and the voice of the market â and brings an understanding of the market and our clientâs workflow to the team.
Associate Director, Commercial Manager -- Americas
General Responsibilities
 Commercial management and representation of all Fitch Solutions products within the Americas region, including Research platforms and Risk Data Services feeds, within the organization as well as to clients, market conferences seminars, etc.
 Craft Go-to-Market plans for product launches, which include articulating unique selling points, identifying target leads and coordinating product collateral creation.
 Surface and conceptualize revenue generation opportunities, build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects.
 Support the success of an assigned team of Account Managers, through the development of innovative lead campaigns, effective sales kits and rigorous opportunity analysis.
 Develop and communicate product roadmaps based on data analysis and market research
 Estimate the consumer demand for the product set, identify potential customers, stay informed of any competing products on the market, and develop pricing strategies
 Champion ideas and products internally throughout the organization and externally to clients.
 Specify and validate market requirements for current and future products by undertaking qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects.
Requirements
A motivated self-starter possessing a unique blend of business and analytical savvy; a big-picture vision, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Credit and fixed income knowledge required. Proficiency with Excel Preferred.
