This is Senior AML Compliance advisory role. Key responsibilities will be advising the business, drafting and implementing policy, establishing and maintaining systems and controls. Key responsibilities: -Vetting findings and ratings issued in connection with Internal Audit and Compliance Testing reviews -Developing appropriate responses and Corrective Action Plans with the control and business functions -Developing thematic metrics / reporting that provide senior Compliance and business management with insight to trends emanating from independent reviews and testing -Maintaining Global Compliance's day-to-day relationship with both the IA and CT functions -Tracking and responding to ad hoc requests for information

At a minimum, the position requires: -10 + years of experience in banking compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services industry; -Significant knowledge and expertise of AML and Sanctions regulations, risks and typologies; -Experience in the design and implementation of AML programs; -Experience with and previous exposure to internal control functions and regulators within the US, and in particular banking and AML regulators; -Experience with a regulatory body a plus; -An ability to lead and influence people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment, successful execution of strategies; and with an understanding of how to operate effectively across diverse businesses; and -Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
