Job Description

The IT Security and Compliance Analyst will assist with the development of the Global Information Security practice Responsibilities include Sarbanes Oxley and PCI Compliance Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and changes to SOX and PCI Track and manage remediation tasks and artifacts as it relates to PCI and SOX Compliance Schedule and carry out regular selftesting of IT general and business controls in accordance to agreed standards and schedules Maintain a record of changes to business workflow and procedures and ensure that SOX and PCI controls are updated and tested as necessary Identify opportunities to enhance the current assessment methodology Information Security Coordinate penetration testing and vulnerability assessments and ensure the timely remediation of identified issues Develop security and awareness presentations for all Wiley Colleagues Provide information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft destruction alteration or denial of access to information Policies and Procedures Assist in the development of global information security policies standards and procedures Work with IT management to ensure all policies are reviewed on a regular basis and updated whenif necessary Ensure staff awareness of the Security policies and procedures Position requirements Bachelors degree required preferably in Information Technology 3+ years of SOX Management Assessment Testing and PCI compliance auditing in a Large scale IT organization Working knowledge of SOX COBIT and COSO compliance frameworks Must be familiar with security and risk standards including ISO 27001 framework Strong understanding of PCI Data Security Standards CISSP CISA and PCI ISA certification highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation Benefits Competitive Base Salary Wiley provides Incentive Plans to reinforce and sustain a culture devoted to excellent performance to emphasize performance against specific objectives at the corporate business product line and individual levels and to reward significant contributions that further the success of our business objectives For Health and Welfare Benefits information please click on the following link httpwwwwileycomWileyCDASectionid301743html Although we appreciate your interest only those candidates with who we are interested in interviewing will be contacted
