Job Description

The individual will provide strategic financial input and leadership on operational matters affecting the investment organization and coordinate investment-related matters with other departments. This hands-on manager will supervise investment analysts and those responsible for portfolio modeling.

Responsibilities include oversight, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the investment group's reporting, operations and budget performance; serving as a key member of the cross-functional team responsible for the implementation, development and maintenance of investment data systems; working closely with Investment Accounting with respect to the accounting for investment related transactions, cash management, and additional portfolio reporting.

This critical position requires the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CFA preferred.

• At least ten years of experience at a private equity-related firm or leading financial services firm in the areas of operations, reporting, and/or compliance required.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Working knowledge of portfolio management software required.

• Must be self-motivated.

• Must have excellent organizational skills.

• Must be highly attentive to details and possess strong analytical capabilities.

• Must have a keen sense of urgency and a high degree of responsiveness and follow-through.

• Ability to deal comfortably with and build credibility with senior management.

• Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information required.
