Job Description

The firm invests in hedge funds, private equity, co-investments, long only, and directs. The firm also manages a large advisory portfolio with similar types of assets. We are therefore looking for a generalist who can invest across asset classes and structures. The candidate must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Source new investments across asset classes

- Lead evaluation, diligence, and structuring of potential investments

- Evaluate existing investments

- Make insightful recommendations on portfolio changes

- Monitoring of existing investments through calls, onsite meetings, and market surveillance

- Maintaining quantitative and qualitative data on investments for monitoring and analysis

- Conduct performance and portfolio analytics on multi-asset portfolio

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience at a leading asset management, private equity, or hedge fund in an analyst role

- Involvement in all aspects of managing an investment portfolio, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and monitoring

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Advanced modeling, valuation and presentation skills

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

- Excellent academic credentials

- CFA or MBA required
