We are currently seeking a Business Systems Consultant in the Talent Acquisition Technology Team. This role is initially focused on supporting a net new tool being implemented to support the Talent Acquisition process. Primary responsibilities include the following Serve as a leader for a team of Technical Analysts working to deliver an Enterprise Talent Acquisition application.
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Prepares specifications for system changes.
Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
Partner with business and technology partners to develop and maintain a release planning and management process.
Act as a project manager for the activities within the HR Systems Talent Acquisition Technology team, tracking and driving the work of multiple Systems Analysts and Developers Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Minimum Qualifications 7+ year of experience documenting business requirements, functional and technical designs 5+ years of drafting and executing test cases and scripts.
5+ years of experience managing changes through the Enterprise Change Management process
5+ years of project management methodology experience (preferably with Agile or Waterfall), of system development life cycle, and of business functions and systems.
3+ years of project management experience leading medium to large projects.
Experience as a Senior Analyst within a large HR Systems Recruiting organization.
Experience delivering enterprise applications to support business processes.
Ability to write requirements free of ambiguity and the ability to work with other analysts to review requirements and surface ambiguity.
Candidate should demonstrate strong relationship, analysis, and leadership skills.
Must have expert level of experience and abilities in meeting facilitation and issue resolution.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and ability to work effectively with the client, IT management and staff, and other groups in Information Technology, including offshore and SaaS vendor resources. Preferred Skills Candidate should have appropriate Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related discipline 7+ years experience with Agile, Waterfall or similar SDLC methodologies
7+ years of experience with Enterprise Project Methodology
5+ years of SQL and query writing to research and troubleshoot application issues
A performance record that suggests superior judgment and maturity working within a collaborative matrix organization.
Proven ability to lead and develop technical and functional system requirements working with end users and subject matter experts.
Experience using HP Quality Center for managing test cases and defects
Experience implementing and managing the Kenexa 2xB (BrassRing) recruiting solution
