Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Private/NAMI Billing Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include monthly billing for all Private Pay Residents, Private Pay Registrants (Daycare), and the NAMI portion for all Medicaid Residents. Posting of all Private and NAMI related cash receipts. Timely communication and follow-up with family members of all delinquent accounts. Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, as they pertain to Resident's NAMI obligation to the facility. Investigate Medicaid NAMI and process changes with the appropriate disciplines. Process new Budgets in the SNF and AHC Billing.

High School Diploma - Minimum 2 years SNF, DSS or related experience required.
