The Residential Mortgage Credit Associate will:

Assist in the management of a growing residential mortgages business comprised primarily of Mortgage Servicing Rights and RMBS (Subprime, Alt-A, and HEL).
Oversee and advise in the development of a loan level database to monitor the performance of 1mm+ Agency and Non-Agency loans on a real-time basis.
Work with senior management to leverage database as a part of the credit underwriting process for future MSR and RMBS investments.
Manage and evaluate existing portfolio with respect to prepayments, default, and delinquency trends

The ideal candidate will have:

3-6 years experience in residential mortgage banking; experience with MSR valuation is a plus
Strong Intex and advanced Excel knowledge, VBA proficiency, knowledge of 1010data, Loan Performance and SQL databases preferred
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools used for segmentation, statistics, and aggregation
A college degree in Math, Economics, Finance or related experience
