JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an unique opportunity to become a partner within a new quantitative research and solutions firm working at the intersection of economics, quant, risk and technology to help clients including hedge funds, asset managers and banking groups. The founding partner has over 20 years experience a top tier firms and holds a top class Phd in quantitative methods from a globally leading university.

The likely candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience, have the ability to confidently liaise with clients, and the desire to help build a business in its early years. The firm focuses on;

• Asset allocation

• Portfolio construction

• Robust optimisation

• Risk modelling

• Investment Frameworks and Platforms

• Quantitative multi-asset portfolios

We are looking to arrange exploratory coffee meetings over the next two months with a target of finding someone to join in May (after all bonuses paid out for 2012 and some time to refocus).

Requirements:

• PhD or exceptional Masters in quantitative subject

• 10-20 years experience within quantitative Investment
