Job Description


Duties: • Multi-task clerical duties on the desk in a high-pace, high-pressure environment • Entering/checking information into the equity trading & risk systems • Maintaining and reconciling P&L's for equities products • Acting as the liaison among trading, operations & IT • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor's degree • No previous financial experience necessary • Basic knowledge of Excel • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional communication skills • Self-motivated and willing to learn • Must be willing to work long hours • Basic VBA knowledge is a plus for the purpose of automating processes, but not necessary

The ideal candidate is a hard-working, organized individual who can think quickly on his or her feet and act sensibly in what can be a high stress environment. We are asking for a long term commitment of the prospective candidate to the trade support function of a minimum of 2.5 - 3 years.
