Job Description

For the right candidate we offer an exceptional opportunity in a dynamic, stable company with a family oriented work environment and great people. We are currently looking for a Senior EHS Representative in our Dallas office.

Participate on the project team to support the implementation of the SAP Treasury Module, assist with cash management and banking functions, provide analytical support to the Treasury Department by performing various researches, analysis and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

Provide Analytical/Project support to assist Treasury department with transition from legacy systems to SAP Treasury Module.
Serve as a security administrator for banking portals in establishing access profiles for online users.
Assist in preparing documentation required to open and close bank accounts, update signature cards, and add or deleting account services working closely with banking partners to maintain relationships.
Maintain various Treasury Access databases.
Perform cash management and cash forecasting functions to include updating daily cash forecast, provide backup support to the Cash Manager on daily cash positioning, and liaison with Accounting and other departments in regards to cash activity.
Serve as Treasury department's SAP Treasury subject matter expert upon completion of implementation.
Maintain credit facility and debt information and manage intercompany loan portfolio.
Provide support in administration of credit facility notices, interest and fee payments.
Manage In House Bank facility.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
5-8 years' experience with Treasury operations within a corporate, banking, or consulting environment, including knowledge of Treasury systems
Experience working with the implementation and integration of SAP Treasury is a strong plus
Certified Treasury Professional designation a plus
Experience with bank cash management systems, treasury systems and MS Office
Experience working with banks (bank relationship management, negotiation, compliance skills) to meet above requirements

Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple simultaneous projects
Technical competency in working with banking portals, Treasury systems and SAP
Proficient with MS Office Suite
