Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Leads individual proposal response teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, legal, marketing and communications to respond to customer responses, proposals, questionnaires and presentations.
  • Ensures that responses are accurate, comply with high company standards and are completed by the assigned deadlines.
  • Manages and ensures overall communication and approvals for RFPs to the entire organization.
  • Manages Qvidian processes, policies and procedures to drive improvement in tools and content.
  • Improves common content by finding gaps in current material and soliciting new material.
  • Coordinates, maintains, and achieves signoff for common content and while maintaining Qvidian updated.
  • Trains and directs Sales Operations staff and other cross functional roles on the company's RFP process and procedure.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years related progressive experience required.
  • Prior Project Management experience required.
  • Prior Sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of financial products is required.
  • Experience with creating proposals leveraging Qvidian software is preferred.
  • Cross-organizational experience preferred.
  • Direct experience with government procurement practices and sound proposal processes to ensure responsiveness and compliance.
