Role Description

The Transaction Manager is involved in deal implementation, including negotiating transaction documents and managing the closing process for international and domestic commercial paper, corporate debt, MTN, escrow, project finance transactions and other non-securitization structures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the closing process for full range of financings

Identifying new business opportunities

Participate in client activities

The candidate will have:

Through review of documentation (with and without outside counsel) the candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of deal structures, deal documentation, operational aspects of deals, mitigating risk, as well as a basic understanding of the banks policies and procedures.

Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
Willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or portions of weekends as the timing or pace of a particular deal demands.
5+ years Corporate Trust or related experience together with knowledge of Global Debt Services (GDS products)
